Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience in lead generation and IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services (software development, support, consulting, etc.) 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects 
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions 
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demos 
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets 
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly 
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposal preparation and delivery 


Required Skills


  • Strong experience in lead generation and IT service sales 
  • Good communication and negotiation skills 
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools 
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle 
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated 


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / Any Degree) 

MBA (Marketing/Business Development) – Preferred 


Preferred Experience


Experience in selling IT services such as web/mobile development, cloud, or enterprise solutions 

Prior experience in B2B sales
