Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Custom Chemicals & Institutional Cleaning division. As a full-time, hybrid role based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating sales opportunities, expanding the client base, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include networking, engaging in client meetings, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to customize chemical solutions for clients. This role requires a blend of onsite client engagement and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven sales expertise, business development, and account management skills
• An understanding of the chemicals or institutional cleaning industry is highly beneficial
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong multitasking, organization, and project management abilities
• Willingness to travel as required within the Cincinnati Metropolitan area and beyond
• Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making
• Passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious business practices is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related fields preferred
