The Role & Work Timings
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will connect with international parents who have shown interest in our courses. You will act as an educational consultant—understanding their child’s needs, showcasing the value of Codeyoung, and enrolling them in our programs
Shift & Weekly Off Details
- Work Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (US Market alignment
- Weekly Off: Monday (You will work through the weekend when parents are most available to speak)
What You’ll Do
- International Consultative Selling: Reach out to warm leads (parents who have registered on our platform) across the globe via international calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Product Demos: Educate parents on Codeyoung’s curriculum, scheduling online trial classes for their children, and highlighting our unique teaching methodology
- Deal Closure: Follow up diligently with parents after trial classes, handle objections, negotiate packages, and close the sales loop.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily talk-time metrics and monthly/weekly enrollment targets.
- CRM Management: Track and maintain clean data records of all user interactions in our sales CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Communication Skills: Flawless, exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written). A neutral accent and clear pronunciation are highly critical for dealing with global clients
- Experience: 0–1 year of sales experience. Freshers with great communication and a hunger to learn are absolutely encouraged to apply!
- Shift Comfort: 100% readiness to work regular night shifts (10 PM–7 AM) and take your scheduled weekly off on Mondays
- Attitude: A high-energy, resilient "never give up" attitude. You must be comfortable picking up the phone and driving conversations
- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree
