This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, pitching company services, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for developing business strategies, conducting market research, maintaining client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives and business goals.
- Strong business development, client acquisition, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and business strategy development
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in business development or sales roles is highly preferred
