Business Development Manager-CTN

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic marketing professional to drive CTN (Corporate Training Network / Combat Training Network – as applicable internally) marketing initiatives. The role focuses on promoting training solutions, enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting business development efforts across defense and institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote CTN training solutions and programs.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to generate qualified leads and support conversions.
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and product content.
• Manage digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns) to enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and execute participation in exhibitions, defense expos, and industry events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, technical) to align messaging and campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in defense, training, or B2G sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent content creation and communication skills.
• Experience in organizing events and managing marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
