Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in Solar and Green Hydrogen projects. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Solar and Green Hydrogen projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, developers, EPC companies, and industrial clients.
  • Track tenders, bids, and upcoming renewable energy projects across India.
  • Lead proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with technical, engineering, and project teams for project feasibility and execution planning.
  • Achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.
