We Are Hiring – Assistant Manager (Sales)
Experience 6-8 yrs
📍 Location: Faridabad(Haryana)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Sales with experience in Automation / SCADA solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead SCADA techno-commercial proposals and bid preparation
• Review technical proposal requirements and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and partners for proposal development
• Prepare technical documentation and bid submissions within deadlines
• Work closely with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients
• Track and report proposal/bid progress and status
⚙ Required Skills:
• Knowledge of Automation solutions in Power / Oil & Gas / Water / Railways / Metro sectors
• Experience with SCADA engineering process, system architecture, and BOM preparation
• Familiarity with protocols like IEC 60870-5-104/101, IEC 61850, DNP, Modbus, Profibus, DLMS
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project
• Experience handling 2–3 government SCADA/Automation tenders
⭐ Preferred:
• Expertise in SCADA / RTU solutions
• Exposure to techno-commercial bid preparation in automation industry
• Industry contacts and relationships will be an advantage
✈ Travel Requirement: 5–8 days per month for client meetings
