Job Title: SAP GTS Process Expert (Grade 2)

Location: Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad

CTC: Up to 21 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP GTS Process Expert to drive end-to-end Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions and support international trade compliance processes. The role involves process design, solutioning, system integration, and business process transformation across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the end-to-end process owner for SAP GTS areas including Compliance, Customs, and Trade Preference
Design and support process templates for SAP project implementations and rollouts
Perform process mapping and solution design for end-to-end foreign and international trade business processes
Lead business process management, blueprinting, and rollout activities
Conduct detailed business requirement analysis and propose optimal SAP solutions
Lead and support SAP S/4HANA O2C implementations and rollout projects
Ensure integration of SAP GTS with feeder systems
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and business users
Build strong stakeholder relationships and support conflict resolution during projects
Manage project timelines aligned with program roadmaps
Mentor team members and demonstrate leadership in project environments
Communicate effectively with global and multicultural teams

Must-Have Skill Set

3+ years of SAP O2C (Order to Cash) experience mandate
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SAP GTS consulting experience mandate
Strong expertise in:

SAP GTS Compliance Management
SAP GTS Customs Management
SAP GTS Risk Management

Experience in SAP GTS configuration and integration with feeder systems
Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) – Mandatory
Experience in end-to-end process solutioning in SAP Global/Foreign Trade
Hands-on involvement in full lifecycle SAP implementations and rollouts
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have Skill Set

Understanding of P2P and OTC processes including integration with:

SAP MM
SAP TM

Exposure to S/4HANA transformation programs
Experience working in multicultural/global project environments
Leadership experience mentoring junior consultants
Strong presentation and client-facing skills

Qualifications

BE / BTech / MCA / MTech (or equivalent)
