Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market intelligence, strategic collaborations, and ecosystem development. This is a non-sales, non-marketing role focused on identifying opportunities, building high-value partnerships, and strengthening institutional relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, international exposure, and proficiency in Russian language to support engagement with CIS-region stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis - Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging sectors, and global markets (with focus on Russia/CIS where relevant). Prepare detailed reports and track policy, regulatory, and geopolitical developments impacting business
• Strategic Partnerships & Alliances - Identify, evaluate, and initiate partnerships with organizations, institutions, and companies
• Networking & Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, government bodies, trade organizations, and international partners, Represent the organization at conferences, forums, and delegations, act as a key liaison for Russian-speaking partners and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or related field
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in:
• Market research / strategy / consulting
• International business or partnerships
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into strategic insights
• High level of professionalism in stakeholder engagement
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills

Language Requirement (Critical)

• Proficiency in Russian language (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Ability to conduct meetings, interpret documents, and manage communications in Russian
