Business Development Manager
Location: Noida Sector 62 (Onsite)
Experience: 3–5 years
Industry: EdTech / SaaS / B2B Sales

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Business Development Manager who can drive early traction,open key doors and convert opportunities into meaningful partnerships and revenue.
This is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity,loves building from scratch and is equally comfortable with strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnerships
1. Identify and engage schools,coaching institutes and educator networks
2. Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities
3. Develop strategic partnerships to drive adoption and visibility
2.Sales & Revenue Generation
1.Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach → demo → negotiation → closure.
2.Conduct compelling product demos tailored to educators and institutions.
3.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
3.Market Intelligence & Strategy
1.Gather on-ground insights on customer needs,pricing sensitivity and competition.
2. Work closely with the founders to refine go-to-market strategy.
3. Experiment with new channels and outreach approaches.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
1. 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales (EdTech or SaaS preferred).
2. Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
3. Strong communication,negotiation and presentation skills.
4. Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Mindset:
