Join Techdome’s Tech Doctors Team as an Associate Automation Engineer and work at the forefront of building intelligent systems that eliminate manual work and connect modern digital platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to design and implement automation workflows, API integrations, and AI-powered systems that streamline business operations and improve efficiency.

We are looking for a curious, problem-solving, and automation-driven engineer who enjoys integrating tools, building workflows, and leveraging AI to create smarter systems. This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with automation platforms, scripting solutions, and modern APIs while continuously learning new technologies. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to build scalable automation solutions that power real-world applications.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom-built scripts
Develop automation scripts and integrations using Python, JavaScript, or Node.js
Integrate platforms and services using REST APIs and webhooks
Design and implement automation pipelines for tasks like lead processing, CRM updates, notifications, and reporting
Assist in building AI-powered automation workflows using LLM APIs and modern AI tools
Debug, optimize, and maintain existing automation systems to improve reliability and efficiency
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business workflows and automate repetitive processes
Document automation architectures, workflows, and system integrations
Explore new automation tools, AI frameworks, and integration methods to improve system capabilities

Must-Have Requirements

1 – 2.5 year of experience or strong hands-on projects in automation, scripting, or system integration with the following skill sets.
Hands-on understanding of automation tools or workflow platforms
Tools/Platforms: Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms (preferred)
Strong understanding of APIs and integrations
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API-based workflows
Basic programming knowledge
Languages: Python, JavaScript, or Node.js
Understanding of system integrations and data flow between platforms
Experience working with API testing tools
Tools: Postman or similar API testing tools
Basic familiarity with Git or version control systems
Candidate should be open and eager to explore AI-powered automation tools and technologies

Experience building automation workflows connecting multiple SaaS tools
Hands-on exposure to CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Experience working with LLM APIs or AI automation tools
Knowledge of webhook-based architectures and event-driven systems
Experience with database queries or data automation workflows
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex workflows into automated systems
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, frameworks, and technologies
