AI & Enterprise Application Architect

Job Title: AI & Enterprise Application Architect About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Architect who can lead the design and delivery of both AI-powered systems (including Agentic AI and GenAI applications) and enterprise Line-of- Business (LoB) applications. This role requires a visionary leader who combines deep technical expertise with business understanding, capable of designing end-to-end solutions, recommending the right infrastructure, and building strong engineering teams. You will be responsible for rapid Proof of Concept (PoC) creation, guiding the transition to production-grade systems , and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities AI & Agentic System Architecture Architect Agentic AI systems , including LLM orchestration, workflows, RAG pipelines, and automation. Evaluate and adopt modern AI frameworks, ensuring scalability and performance. LoB Application Architecture Independently architect enterprise-grade applications aligned with business needs. Translate business workflows into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. Infrastructure Strategy (AI + GenAI Focus) Assess and recommend infrastructure requirements specific to AI/GenAI applications , including: GPU clusters and accelerators for model training/inference. Vector databases, caching, and data pipelines for RAG workloads. Scalable storage and high-throughput networking for large model handling. Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI service orchestration. Cloud-native AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI) when suitable. Balance performance, cost-efficiency, and security for AI and enterprise systems. Rapid PoC ? Production Delivery Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements . Be proactive and fast in building PoCs to validate ideas. Convert PoCs into production-ready deliverables across AI and non-AI domains. Team Leadership & Delivery Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams. Drive scrums, sprint planning, and agile delivery practices . Ensure on-time, quality-driven delivery of all initiatives. Engineering Excellence Establish and enforce core engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews, documentation). Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment of technical design with business strategy. Requirements 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5 + years in architecture leadership roles . Strong background in AI/ML systems and enterprise software architecture . Hands-on expertise in: o?? Frontend : React / React Native (for both web and mobile applications). o?? Backend : Node.js, APIs, microservices architecture. o?? Mobile App Architecture : Android/iOS app delivery, integration with enterprise backends. o?? Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) o?? GPU infra for AI/GenAI (NVIDIA A100/A6000 clusters, model serving stacks) o?? Databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector databases like Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS) o?? APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Proven ability to design LoB applications independently . Experience in rapid PoC creation ? production transition . Strong business understanding; ability to translate business needs into scalable systems. Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.). Exposure to enterprise CRM/ERP/CCaaS solutions .
