EXL Analytics serves insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industries. ;Please visit www.exlservice.com for more information about EXL Analytics. ;Role Overview and Responsibilities:Develop and execute test cases for ETL ProcessesProficient in SAS by developing programs, data transformation and Data testing.Business Analysis understanding with Power BI Data modelling and SQL knowledge.Exposure on Python for Automation and Data cleansing & standardization.Analyze ETL requirements and source-to-target mappings (STTM) to design comprehensive test scenarios and test casesWrite and run complex SQL queries for data validation across different environments. ;Log and track defects using tools like Jira, ALM, Bugzilla etc.Create automated test scripts using PythonValidate data quality, data profiling, and data cleansing processes across source and target systems.Review and validate source-to-target data mappings and transformation logic. ;Good Communication and exposure with client related requirement gathering.Finance Analysis reporting management & quicker solutions providing attitude.Project and Automation Documentation and Log tracker management skills.Business Data modelling and Power BI/Tableau Visualization Experience. ;Required Skills & Experience: ;5+ years of Business analysis experience with a minimum of 2+ years of python, power bi and SQL. ;Mandatory Oracle & SQL ServerStrong expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries, sub queries and complex joins & stored procedures validations. (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.). ;Understanding data warehouse concepts (fact/dimension tables, star/snowflake schema). ;Working exposure to test the data ingestion/curation pipelines. ;Knowledge of data profiling, data quality checks, and root cause analysis ;Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Quality Center, Azure DevOps, Rally etc.,).Proficient in analyzing data issues and tracing root causes. ;Working exposure with agile/scrum methodologies. ;Outstanding written and verbal communication skills ;What do we offer: ;EXL Analytics offers an exciting, fast paced and innovative environment, which brings together a group of sharp and entrepreneurial professionals who are eager to influence business decisions.
