CRM/Customer Insights Specialist - Immediate Joinee

📍 Location: Bandra West, Mumbai (Onsite)

⚡ Joining: Immediate (1–15 days preferred)

👥 Open Roles:

• Senior CRM: 4–5 year’s experience

• Junior CRM: 1–2 year’s experience

This role sits at the intersection of customer relationships + data + growth.

What the Junior Role will focus on:

• Building strong customer relationships and driving sales

• Managing orders, dispatch coordination, and customer queries

• Running WhatsApp / email campaigns through CRM tools

• Analyzing Shopify cohort data to improve retention (huge plus)

• Identifying high-value customers and upselling opportunities

• Supporting marketing automation campaigns

• Managing operations through Shopify & Easycom

What the Senior Role will lead:

• Customer retention & loyalty programs

• Customer journey mapping & optimization

• Data-driven CRM campaigns

• Customer insights & feedback analysis

• CRM platform management & email marketing

• Collaboration with marketing, sales & operations teams

• Tracking retention, engagement & campaign performance

We’d love to meet someone who:

✔️ Speaks English & Hindi fluently

✔️ Has experience in FMCG / Lifestyle / D2C brands

✔️ Knows Shopify, Easycom or CRM tools (big advantage)

✔️ Loves customer behaviour, insights, and retention marketing

✔️ Can join within 1–15 days
