Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Delhi with some flexibility for remote work. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and maintain client relationships. You will analyze market trends, craft proposals, and collaborate across teams to drive sales and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and working to expand the company's client portfolio.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Identify and generate new leads (LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
  • Assist in proposals, pitches, and presentations
  • Handle negotiations and close deals
  • Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities from existing clients
  • Maintain and track the sales pipeline (Excel, CRM, etc.)


Required Skills :


  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
  • Sales mindset (follow-ups, objection handling)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
  • Confidence in handling client calls
  • Self-driven and result-oriented


Qualification :


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

3–5 years of experience in business development / sales

Strong understanding of digital marketing or branding

Prior agency experience required

Experience coordinating between multiple teams
