Job Title: Business Development Manager – Staffing

Location: Gurugram

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, strategic Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across the GCC market. As a staffing firm focused on high-growth sectors (Semiconductors, 5G, AI, and Tech), we need a leader who can navigate the complexities of the Middle Eastern business landscape, build "C-suite" relationships, and secure long-term manpower partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling recruitment services or RPO solutions in the UAE and KSA, with a deep understanding of local labor laws, Nitaqat (in KSA), and the evolving demand for specialized technical talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia (NEOM, Vision 2030 projects), UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively hunt for new logos in the Tech, Semiconductor, and Engineering sectors. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from cold outreach to contract negotiation.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with HR Directors, Procurement Heads, and Technical Leads to understand their 2026–2030 hiring roadmaps.
  • Solution Selling: Pitch tailored staffing models, including Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing, and Global Capability Center (GCC) setup services.
  • Bid Management: Lead the preparation of RFP/RFI responses and commercial proposals, ensuring competitive pricing and high-value service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal recruitment teams to ensure candidate delivery matches the technical rigor required by our clients (e.g., PCBA, 5G, and VLSI roles).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in Business Development or Sales within the Staffing/Recruitment industry, specifically covering the Middle East.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with GCC business etiquette, labor regulations, and the emerging "Skills-First" hiring trend in the region.
  • Network: An existing portfolio of contacts within Large Enterprises, Government entities, or Tech hubs in Dubai/Riyadh.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (Arabic is a significant advantage).
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to speak the language of tech; experience in Semiconductor or 5G staffing is a major plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across the GCC (specifically between UAE and KSA) as required.
