Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our Bengaluru location. The primary responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts to drive revenue growth. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on business goals and ensure long-term success.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Account Management and relationship-building with stakeholders
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Understanding of business strategy and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or service industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and market research techniques is a plus
