Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to research and identify potential business leads across various platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Research and identify potential clients or businesses online
• Generate and manage qualified leads through databases, LinkedIn, and other tools
• Maintain and update lead records accurately
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for follow-ups
• Assist in preparing outreach campaigns and reports

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead analysis, and performance summaries

• Support the team in achieving sales targets and business growth goals

Desired Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good knowledge of computer operations and internet research

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking leads and reports

• Ability to convince, negotiate, and follow up with potential clients

• Strong sales mindset with a target-oriented approach

• Willingness to learn new sales techniques and business strategies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Good organizational and time-management skills
