About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a crucial role in shaping their interaction with our firm. The position demands professionalism, clarity in communication, and the ability to understand client requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand client needs and provide accurate, relevant information.
• Coordinate and schedule discussions with senior team members.
• Maintain structured records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Communicate with professionalism, clarity, and strong listening ability.

Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or other client-facing roles.
• Career breaks are perfectly acceptable—this role is designed to support re-entry.
• Strong English communication skills; additional Indian languages are an advantage.
• Ability to understand client requirements and build rapport with maturity.
• Technical inclination preferred — science or engineering background is a bonus.
• Knowledge of the IPR industry will be an added advantage.
