Role Description

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with a strong foundation in Commerce or Accounting to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering product demos, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into customers using Zoho Books.

If you enjoy interacting with clients, explaining financial concepts, and closing deals—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with inbound leads from CRM, campaigns, and referrals
• Understand client requirements related to accounting, GST, invoicing, and inventory
• Deliver personalized product demos of Zoho Books
• Follow up with prospects and drive conversions
• Handle client queries and provide consultative solutions
• Maintain and update lead status in CRM
• Coordinate with implementation team post-sales

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and teams efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Experience with Zoho software and other CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
