We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect – Zoho to lead enterprise Zoho implementations and solution architecture for our growing portfolio of clients.

This is a leadership role for someone who possesses extensive functional and technical expertise across the Zoho ecosystem and has successfully delivered multiple enterprise implementations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, developers, and customers to architect robust, scalable, secure, and high-performing Zoho solutions that align with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Zoho implementations.
• Conduct discovery workshops and understand complex business processes across multiple industries.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and technical architectures.
• Design solutions across the Zoho ecosystem including CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, People, Projects, Analytics, FSM, Flow, Sign, WorkDrive, Payroll, and other Zoho applications.
• Define application architecture, data models, automation frameworks, workflows, integrations, and security standards.
• Architect integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and integration frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership to implementation and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review solution designs, custom development, and implementation quality to ensure best practices are followed.
• Mentor developers and consultants while establishing implementation standards and governance.
• Conduct client presentations, solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, and technical workshops.
• Prepare solution blueprints, architecture documents, effort estimations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot complex implementation challenges and recommend optimal solutions.
• Ensure delivered solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new Zoho capabilities and emerging technologies.

• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho consulting, solution architecture, and enterprise implementation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Zoho implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
• Strong expertise across multiple Zoho applications, including:
• Zoho One
• Zoho CRM
• Zoho Creator
• Zoho Books
• Zoho Inventory
• Zoho Desk
• Zoho People
• Zoho Projects
• Zoho Analytics
• Zoho Flow
• Zoho FSM
• Zoho Payroll
• Strong business consulting and business process analysis capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting, APIs, custom functions, workflows, Blueprints, and automation.
• Extensive experience integrating Zoho with ERP, finance, HRMS, eCommerce, payment gateways, and third-party business applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS architecture, data modeling, security, authentication, and system integration best practices.
• Experience preparing solution architecture documents, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage CXOs, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

• Zoho Certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in a Zoho Partner organization.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading distributed implementation teams and mentoring consultants.
