Business Development Executive - US/Night Shift

Job Description
Executive will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities with US-based clients and prospects. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and nurturing relationships to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
The role includes managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to support client requirements. The executive will monitor market trends, provide feedback to leadership on business opportunities, and meet defined business development and revenue targets while working in a night shift aligned with US time zones.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities in US markets.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, maintain client relationships, and support long-term engagements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, for effective client interaction and collaboration with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally in real estate or professional services, and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned to US time zones, with strong time management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment in Bengaluru and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
