Title: Business Development Executive

Work location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad

Working Hours : 6 pm to 3 am IST

Experience: 1 - 3 years


Job Description:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth for the organization.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT staffing sales/business development and possess strong account management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the US market
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails and strategic outreach
  • Prepare client proposals, presentations and business plans
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals successfully
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Manage existing accounts and ensure long-term business relationships
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development
  • Prior experience working with an IT Staffing/Recruitment Agency is mandatory
  • Strong communication, negotiation and client handling skills
  • Proven ability to acquire new accounts and grow business
  • Professional, organized and target-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
  • Graduation in Business, Management or a related field preferred
