Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing lead generation activities and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and developing strategic partnerships to achieve business growth. The role will require close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and seize growth opportunities
  • Experience in Business development and Account Management to nurture long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving and market analysis
  • Agility and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with innovative thinking
  • Experience in a business consulting or similar environment is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
