Role Overview
We?re seeking a Business Development Executive with experience in B2B SaaS or international sales to join our fast-growing global sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth for IsmartRecruit across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound and inbound lead generation for international markets (North America, EMEA, APAC).
Conduct client discovery calls, product demos, and presentations.
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
Identify new market opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and revenue.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS / IT Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a global mindset.
Prior experience interacting with international clients is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and sales automation tools.
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
