Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or relevant role in the IT industry. Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and client management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
