11ZA is a SaaS-based platform integrated with WhatsApp Business API, offering features such as Multiple Agents Access, Auto Reply, Interactive Messages, and Bulk Broadcast Campaign. The platform serves as a CRM tool designed specifically for MSME businesses to streamline and organize customer conversations in one place. By leveraging innovative tools and automation, 11ZA enhances customer engagement and operational efficiency for small and medium-scale enterprises.
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role located in Surat. The selected candidate will identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing business growth strategies, managing client accounts, and fostering proactive communication to understand and address client needs.
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business and Account Management practices
- Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and goal-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in SaaS or CRM solutions is an advantage
