Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Surat. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals. Daily activities include researching target markets, reaching out to prospective clients, preparing proposals, delivering product presentations, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with company objectives. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to management. The individual will represent Shikara Electronic Company at client meetings, industry events, and other forums to strengthen brand presence and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills for identifying and engaging prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills for handling opportunities, contracts, and long-term customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, electronics, or elevator/industrial products is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
