What You’ll Do -

  • Identify and onboard new schools within your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, teachers, and decision-makers
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars for schools
  • Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Plan and execute regular school visits and field activities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing school accounts
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure timely payment collection as per company policies
  • Maintain accurate sales data and regularly report performance to management
  • Represent HomeRevise in exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events


What We’re Looking For -

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in face-to-face interactions and field sales
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly result-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
  • Ability to manage time, territory, and multiple accounts efficiently
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating with the team
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools


Educational Qualification -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


Experience -

  • 0–2 years of experience in field sales (preferred: EdTech / School Sales)
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in client-facing roles or on-ground sales is a plus


Additional Requirements -

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
