What You’ll Do -
- Identify and onboard new schools within your assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, teachers, and decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars for schools
- Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Plan and execute regular school visits and field activities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing school accounts
- Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Ensure timely payment collection as per company policies
- Maintain accurate sales data and regularly report performance to management
- Represent HomeRevise in exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events
What We’re Looking For -
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in face-to-face interactions and field sales
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Highly result-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
- Ability to manage time, territory, and multiple accounts efficiently
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with the team
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Educational Qualification -
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience -
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales (preferred: EdTech / School Sales)
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Experience in client-facing roles or on-ground sales is a plus
Additional Requirements -
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
