Role Description

The Export Sales Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving international sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and establishing relationships with global clients to meet company export goals. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and executing sales and marketing strategies. As a full-time, on-site role, the position is based in Gondal, Gujarat, requiring hands-on involvement in operational activities and collaboration with the team to ensure goals are met effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with global clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Sales and marketing expertise with a proven record of achieving targets and driving export growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of export procedures and international trade regulations is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Prior experience in the water treatment, beverage, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
