📍 Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

🕒 Shift: Australian Shift (4:00 AM IST start)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

📅 Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays off)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support to our supply chain function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth procurement, documentation, coordination, and reporting activities across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor databases
• Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and comparative statements
• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for documentation and follow-ups
• Support contract management and compliance tracking
• Generate reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and vendor performance
• Manage internal communication with finance, logistics, and operations teams
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payment requests
• Provide administrative support for meetings, presentations, and reporting

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in back-office or supply chain support roles
• Basic understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory processes
