Location: New Delhi / Bangalore/ Chennai / Kolkata
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Life Sciences / Biotech
Role Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth in the life sciences segment. The role involves lead generation, client / customer engagement, proposal discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads and manage sales pipeline
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Manage key accounts, ensuring repeat business, customer satisfaction, and retention
- Address customer queries, resolve issues proactively, and act as a single point of contact
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred:
- Experience in biotech / pharma / diagnostics / CRO sales
- Willingness to travel
