Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive/Telecom Sales Manager at our Jamui location. The individual will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring new Direct Business Outlets (DBOs) for RapiPay’s network. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and clients, achieving sales targets, providing training to DBOs on our financial services portfolio, monitoring sales growth, and preparing performance reports. The role also involves market research and customer analysis to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with experience in setting up and managing channel partnerships
- Knowledge of telecom sales and experience in managing agent acquisition processes
- Customer relationship management skills and the ability to provide training and support to partners
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and a strategic approach to market research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and good knowledge of the fintech and payments industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services or fintech sector is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in a target-driven on-site role in Jamui
