Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Sales Manager. The role involves driving sales in the designated region to achieve revenue and growth targets. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with channel partners, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients such as architects, builders, and end-users. The Regional Sales Manager will also oversee the sales team, mentor team members, and provide detailed sales performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in identifying new market opportunities and creating effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of home automation, IoT, or relevant electrical industry trends is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners, architects, and builders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to manage regional operations efficiently
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as required
