15–18 Years in Tendering & Cost Estimation

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead tendering and cost estimation activities for multiple construction projects
Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and technical/commercial proposals
Analyze project risks, pricing strategies, and bid competitiveness
Coordinate with internal teams for accurate and timely bid submissions
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications thoroughly
Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards
