Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Manager, based in Ludhiana. The Tendering Manager will oversee all aspects of tender management, including preparation and submission of bids, and ensure compliance with procurement requirements. The role involves coordination with stakeholders, managing project timelines, and contributing toward business development through effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining documentation, analyzing procurement policies, and ensuring timely delivery of tender proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Tender Management and Tender Preparation processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Knowledge of Procurement processes and policies, including vendor management and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in Sales with an ability to devise strategies to meet revenue goals and build client relationships.
• Solid Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in tender/procurement management are a plus.
• Familiarity with fitness equipment sales or related industries will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
