🔍 About the Role


We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with proven experience in lead generation and IT services sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels
  • Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable IT service solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Work closely with internal teams for proposal and solution delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales targets


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT services sales & lead generation
  • Qualification: B.Com / MBA
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn for lead generation
  • Strong understanding of IT services (software development, support, consulting, etc.)
  • Self-driven and target-oriented


Preferred

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Exposure to international clients is an added advantage
