🔍 About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with proven experience in lead generation and IT services sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels
- Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable IT service solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Work closely with internal teams for proposal and solution delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT services sales & lead generation
- Qualification: B.Com / MBA
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn for lead generation
- Strong understanding of IT services (software development, support, consulting, etc.)
- Self-driven and target-oriented
⭐ Preferred
- Experience in B2B sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Exposure to international clients is an added advantage
