Business Development Executive – IT Sales
📍 Location: Sector 63, Noida (Work From Office)
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales to join our growing team. If you have experience in international client acquisition and enjoy building long-term business relationships, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Generate international business opportunities through Upwork and other online platforms.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across global markets.
- Prepare customized proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and international lead generation is mandatory.
- Experience selling one or more of the following services:
- Custom Software Development
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- AI / Generative AI Solutions
- SaaS Solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- MBA / MCA / B.Tech or an equivalent qualification.
