Business Development Executive – IT Sales

📍 Location: Sector 63, Noida (Work From Office)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales to join our growing team. If you have experience in international client acquisition and enjoy building long-term business relationships, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate international business opportunities through Upwork and other online platforms.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across global markets.
  • Prepare customized proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and international lead generation is mandatory.
  • Experience selling one or more of the following services:
  • Custom Software Development
  • Web Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • AI / Generative AI Solutions
  • SaaS Solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Educational Qualification
  • MBA / MCA / B.Tech or an equivalent qualification.
