Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive (US Staffing)

Location: Sector-94, Noida (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

About the Role:

We are looking for entry-level candidates with up to 6 months of experience (freshers can also apply) who are interested in building a career in US Staffing Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Support business development activities in the US staffing market
• Work with recruiters to understand and fulfill client requirements
• Maintain and update sales data and reports
• Learn client handling and coordination processes
• Participate in training and team activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0–6 months of experience (Freshers can apply)
• Graduate in any field (BBA, MBA, B.Com, IT, etc.)
• Willing to work in night shifts
• Strong interest in sales/business development

Required Skills:

• Basic communication skills (English)
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Positive attitude and adaptability
• Basic MS Office knowledge
