We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who is passionate about education, technology, and building long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, and educational institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Directors, Trustees, Management Teams, and other institutional decision-makers.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
  • Promote Forsche's AI, Robotics, EdTech, Digital Learning, and Skill Development solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation, closure, and customer onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Represent the company at educational events, seminars, exhibitions, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Submit regular sales activity reports and pipeline updates.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Education or EdTech sector.
  • Experience in selling products or services to schools, colleges, universities, or educational institutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of AI, Robotics, EdTech, Skill Development, or Digital Learning solutions.
  • Strong networking and business development capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and convert them into business.
  • Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel within Chennai and other locations for client meetings and business development activities.
  • A valid driving licence and access to personal transportation are preferred for field sales activities.
