About the Role

We are hiring two Field-Based Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Gurugram. This is a pure field sales role — you will spend the majority of your time on the ground, visiting veterinary clinics, pet hospitals, livestock farms, and animal healthcare institutions across your assigned territory. The BDE will be responsible for expanding Panav Biotech's presence exclusively within the veterinary industry by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with veterinarians and distributors, and consistently achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to veterinary clinics, pet hospitals, animal healthcare centers, and livestock farms across the assigned territory

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities exclusively within the veterinary industry

• Generate and qualify leads from veterinarians, vet practitioners, stockists, and veterinary distributors

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with veterinarians, vet clinic staff, and veterinary distributors

• Develop and execute territory-specific business strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

• Promote and detail Panav Biotech's veterinary product range to veterinary professionals with in-depth product knowledge

• Manage key veterinary accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Gather and report field-level market intelligence on competitor veterinary products, pricing, and emerging trends

• Prepare timely daily/weekly field visit reports and maintain accurate sales records


Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in B.Pharm / D.Pharm; M.Pharm will be an added advantage

• Experience in the veterinary industry is mandatory; candidates from non-veterinary backgrounds will not be considered

• Will consider only relevant industry experienced candidates — veterinary experienced candidates preferred

• Proven skills in field sales, new business development, and lead generation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong rapport and relationship-building experience with veterinarians and vet professionals

• Familiarity with Gurugram, local and regional markets, and surrounding areas

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory on a daily basis

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven field environment
