Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, qualify, and engage potential customers via calls, emails, and digital channels to build a strong pipeline.
- Assess customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions that clearly demonstrate value.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead nurturing to timely closure, ensuring forecast accuracy and follow-through.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through disciplined activity and smart prioritization.
- Accurately log interactions and sales activity in CRM tools to maintain clear pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine offers, improve customer onboarding, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Share regular feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to help shape product and go-to-market strategies.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation ability.
- High energy, self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic sales reporting. Attention to detail in record-keeping.
- Preferred: experience with digital sales channels, inside sales processes, or customer success initiatives.
