Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive – B2C to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role you will proactively identify prospects, build strong relationships, and convert leads into satisfied customers. You should be customer-focused, target-driven, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment where initiative and clear communication make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, qualify, and engage potential customers via calls, emails, and digital channels to build a strong pipeline.
  • Assess customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions that clearly demonstrate value.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead nurturing to timely closure, ensuring forecast accuracy and follow-through.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through disciplined activity and smart prioritization.
  • Accurately log interactions and sales activity in CRM tools to maintain clear pipeline visibility and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine offers, improve customer onboarding, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Share regular feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to help shape product and go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 13 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation ability.
  • High energy, self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic sales reporting. Attention to detail in record-keeping.
  • Preferred: experience with digital sales channels, inside sales processes, or customer success initiatives.
