This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, generating revenue, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, providing coaching to team members, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.
- Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Proven ability in Negotiation, Account Management, and Client Retention
- Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching experience
- Skills in market analysis and strategic planning
- Result-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Industry experience or familiarity with recruitment services is a plus
