About Role

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator for our Bengaluru (Electronic City) office. The role involves supporting sales operations, handling client communication, preparing quotations and billing, and coordinating with internal teams. The candidate must have strong English communication skills, be billing-ready, and be willing to travel for business requirements, including international travel to UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other regions when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and billing documents
• Handle client communication and follow-ups via email and phone
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery
• Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in international sales coordination when required
• Travel to UAE, Saudi Arabia, or other locations for sales or coordination activities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Arabic language knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in billing, invoicing, and sales documentation (mandatory)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Ability to work from the Bengaluru (Electronic City) office
