We’re on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a passionate Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting customers, uncovering opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term business relationships.

What You’ll Do

✅ Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, networking, referrals, digital channels, and lead-generation platforms

✅ Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM records

✅ Understand customer challenges and demonstrate how FlexiDigit’s solutions can create value

✅ Conduct product presentations, demos, and business discussions with decision-makers

✅ Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience

✅ Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts

Who We’re Looking For

🔹 BBA / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management

🔹 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, software sales, SaaS, ERP, logistics technology, fleet management, or enterprise solutions

🔹 Experience using CRM and lead-generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms

🔹 Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

🔹 Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently

🔹 Willingness to travel and meet customers across assigned territories

Bonus Points

⭐ Experience working with transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, warehouses, manufacturers, or automotive businesses

⭐ Existing network within logistics or transportation industries
