Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive *Business Development Executive* who is from Building construction Background and willing to travel and coordinate with *government and public sector departments. The candidate must be fluent in **English, Hindi, and Marathi. **Only Mumbai-based candidates should apply.*

Key Responsibilities*

* Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly in the *government sector*.

* Coordinate and liaise with government officials, departments, and relevant stakeholders.

* Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals, tenders, and official documentation.

* Attend meetings, site visits, and follow-ups as required.

* Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates to management.

* Travel within and outside Mumbai as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications*

* Willingness to *travel* for business needs.

* Fluency in *English, Hindi, and Marathi*

* Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

* Familiarity with government procedures and tender processes is an advantage.

Should be smart presentable and shall have good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
