Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships for Rising Bees’ advertising and digital services. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes identifying potential clients, presenting agency capabilities, and developing tailored proposals aligned with client needs. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, conducting meetings and pitches, and coordinating with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. The Business Development Executive will monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform outreach strategies, negotiate contracts, and support long-term account growth and client retention.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management in an agency or marketing services environment.
- Client relationship management capabilities, with experience in presenting proposals, conducting pitches, and maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising concepts, including social media, video production, and web development services.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision makers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, competitor analysis, and the ability to translate insights into growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, presentation software, and productivity applications to manage accounts and report on performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in business development or account management within an advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and meet revenue and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
