Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive at MantraCare, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying

potential clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding our corporate partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity

for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to start their journey in a high-impact business environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients in target markets.

 Pitch MantraCare’s EAP and wellness solutions to HR and business leaders.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

 Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

 Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client engagement.

 Track and report performance metrics using CRM and outreach tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client

acquisition.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mind-set.

 Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

 Strong interest in HR tech, employee wellbeing, and corporate wellness.

 Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility and ownership.
