We are looking for a Telecalling / Customer Support Executive who will support our international sales team through calling, follow-ups, customer coordination, and CRM updates. This is a non-target-based role, focused on communication, coordination, and support—not direct sales closure.

We are looking for a Telecalling / Customer Support Executive who will support our international sales team through calling, follow-ups, customer coordination, and CRM updates. This is a non-target-based role, focused on communication, coordination, and support—not direct sales closure.
Role Summary
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with international buyers and prospects
- Support sales and export teams through regular follow-ups and customer coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between buyers, sales team, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate customer records and call updates in CRM
- Industry: Rice Export / Food Processing / Agro Commodities

Key Responsibilities
- International B2B sales calls to overseas buyers (importers, distributors, wholesalers).
- Lead generation and order conversion for rice export products.
- Follow-up with international buyers via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain rice varieties, specifications, packaging options, pricing, payment terms, and shipment details.
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM with leads, follow-ups, and buyer communication.
- Prepare and manage Excel sheets for buyer database, sales pipeline, and lead tracking.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, inspection agencies, and internal teams.
- Handle buyers across multiple international time zones.
- Ensure accurate reporting, follow-ups, and sales documentation.
- Experience in international
- sales / export sales of rice or food/agro commodities (mandatory).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive sales outreach.
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM, MS Excel, and export sales processes.
- Experience dealing with importers, distributors, traders, and wholesalers.
- Target-driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
