Role Overview

As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will work closely with our partner clinics, hospitals, and institutional clients to ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and continuous engagement. Your goal will be to drive product usage, improve client satisfaction, and maximize the value delivered through the scanO ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding and product demo sessions for clinic staff, doctors, and administrators

Ensure smooth adoption of scanO air and scanO engage among new B2B clients

Monitor usage dashboards and track key engagement metrics (e.g., number of scans, active users, follow-ups)

Identify usage gaps and proactively re-engage inactive clients

Provide initial technical support and remote troubleshooting

Execute engagement campaigns (WhatsApp, email, updates, feature highlights)

Customize workflows based on clinic requirements (single-chair, multi-location, enterprise partners)

Collect and document customer feedback to support product improvements

Maintain accurate CRM records and onboarding status

Assist in organizing webinars and training sessions for partner clinics

Who You Are

Graduate (Masscom BBA MBA)

0–2 years of experience in customer success, client engagement, or similar roles

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)

Comfortable explaining technology to non-technical users (doctors, clinic staff)

Confident in conducting demos via Zoom/Google Meet

Familiar with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business

Analytical mindset with a focus on engagement and performance metrics

Self-driven, quick learner, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
